"Lovely hotel with large rooms, comfy beds and linen. Roof top pool is a bonus. Excellent breakfast and the restaurant at dinner is also very good even though you do pay a premium plus service and VAT. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Only downside for me is that it is about a 15-20mins away from the centre by the riverside. As tuk tuks are so affordable and easily available this didn’t cause any issues. "

"At first glimpse the room and service is amazing, especially at the entrance. But you can feel that the hotel has a certain age ( pool and bathroom wasn’t super clean), and in 5 days they never changed our sheets. Plus the laundry service is particularly expensive compare to all the other similar category of hotel in cambodia (pay per items instead of per kg). "

"Very nice hotel, but service is very average, bed is quite average (not a king size for sure), breakfast is average but a very nice cachet et old fashioned style Rooftop is very nice but service is bad and not so friendly "

"This hotel was fantastic. Its location was very central to main sights but it felt like we were in a hidden oasis.The swimming pool was beautiful and the food available for breakfast was excellent. The staff were amazing and nothing was too much trouble. Just one issue, although the bathrooms are big and spacious there is no where to hang towels. Other than this minor point I would highly recommend this hotel."

"It was nice that this hotel was close to the airport. We stayed on the 9th floor and it was quiet. The hotel was very very warm and the sheets were stained. We prearranged to have the hotel send a transport to the airport ($15 each way) but the driver was not there when we arrived for some reason. We got in late and were waiting at an airport in a new country even later. That was unfortunate but the staff was friendly. We left early the next morning for a flight out. "

"Booked a Club level room but found out at check in the hotel is new and will not have a Club Lounge for months. Expedia should NOT have offered a higher priced room when the amenities paid for are NOT available. The hotel offered a few bite size snacks a a drink...hardly a club experience. Hotel is nice but staff is new and service suffered. Location is a bit remote but I've found that the case with many of the larger chain hotels. I like Shanghai La hotels and will continue to stay at...

"Stayed at this basic hotel for three nights. Spacious room. Could do with a repaint. Nice breakfast in courtyard cooked to order. Good location near river and Royal Palace. A good price. They had their own tuk tuk driver (Un) who was very nice and trustworthy. We hired him to take us to The Killing Fields and Genocide Museum and we waited for us and charged us for the round-trip. Would recommend doing that."
