"My family and i loved the place and enjoyed the traditional japanese living experience. It was a great experience for my parents that have never seen what japanesw culture was about and i highly recomend this place to others that tp escape osaka by 40 minutes and enjoy a quiet experience. "

"So happy I stayed here, at the Shin Osaka area. After a long trip to tokyo, then shinkansen to Osaka, ot was a relief that the nice hotel was in the terminal. Im used to trekking in 90° weather to a hotel thats 15 mins away. Recommend highly.. great staff too!!"
"Room is small which fine for solo travel. You store your bags underneath the bed as long as your bags have normal thickness not trunk like thickness. The room and bathroom/toilet is clean. The staff are very friendly. Breakfast were OK. The location is perfect, about 5-7 minutes walk, depending how fast you walk, from East exit (5 & 6) Shin Osaka station station. Plenty of restaurants in Shin Osaka station East exitbor outside by the hotel"
"We (2 adults 2 kids) stayed one night in between travelling. We had a triple single room and the armchair folded out to a single bed which had been made up. The room was small but was perfect for what we needed. Bathroom and separate toilet were clean and quite spacious. Easy access to Shin-Osaka station and local convenience stores. Staff were friendly and efficient. Would recommend."
