"The parking is not located at the hotel but in a parking lot but a couple of blocks away. You have to tell the hotel or request it on a tablet located on the desk if you want them to make up your room and give you clean towels."

"Meersburg and the hotel were something of a revelation to us. Only there for an overnight stay but will certainly be back. Our room was pleasant, clean, seemingly recently refurbished, and very well appointed / designed / set out, with guests’ convenience in mind. "Property is quirky if you like a medieval setting. We booked king size bed and lake view. We got 2 single beds and the lake view was a very small piece of water between buildings on either side of the street. Reception were not helpful, arguing we had what we booked but I don’t think that is correct. No alternative was offered nor any discount for our disappointment.
