"Lovevly night away! Hosts made it so easy and hassle free. Room was very clean, had a peaceful nights sleep! Had dinner down the road in a pub called the wheatsheaf! Which was very nice! Rutland water is only a 15min drive! Thanks again to the host! "

"we were there with some friends and we kept getting threatened because of our age probably but we assured them that we werent there for a party , they were saying they were gonna come out of nowhere to make sure we were 5 , she also added on to threaten us that if we left late she was going to keep our deposit money our whole stay the was bery uncomfortable and after we left they refused to give us part of our deposit back and although we cleaned the house they claimed that we left it dirty...

"We did enjoy our 11 night stay but felt the room wasn't adequate for such a long stay. We did see if we could move/upgrade whilst we were there but felt the superior rooms were an odd shape with even less floor space and the couch didn't even face the TV. Excellent Hotel

"We came for one night to watch the darts, 20 mins walk from venue, so very convenient. The hotel is very stylish and clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, excellent night's sleep in the huge bed. At breakfast in the morning there was a good varied choice, the cooked breakfast was delicious. We would definitely return if we came to Leicester again. "

"and helpful and will do everything to serve you. The amenities i.e the pool, gym, etc are just a great extra, more than other gotels offer. They even have a children's area with toys and more. The breakfast is so good for value and a good selection to choose from."
