"House keeping was not done for two days. Butches steak house was a joke. Everything was cold and the wait staff could care less. A lot of the staff just seemed to be bothered or just angry. One plus was the French restaurant. This was actually a great restaurant and staff were very friendly as well as the Monkey Bar was very good as well "
