"The flats are next to a very busy road with morning and evening heavy traffic and next to three discos with a lot of weekend night actions and noise. The flats are spacy and awere nicely build but meanwhile lack repair and maintenance and thus appear to be rundown."

"The hotel was clean and beautiful. Be warned the beds are very hard! The other thing that is a problem is the emergency light that shines during the day/night and can be a problem if you prefer a dark room."

"We have just returned from two lovely weeks at La Pointe Villas, and would book to stay here again in a heartbeat.
We stayed in the 4 bed property which was as pictured, kept clean by the daily maid service in good working order. Any issues are swiftly dealt with and sorted. The pool was divine and in such a lovely setting, being off the main road also means it is quiet.

"Overall, the property was well kept, change of bed linen and towels were frequent, well ventilated, there was building work next door which created some noise, but was unavoidable. The position of the property was well positioned for the beach and restaurants."

"Property was nice. Apartment was somewhat clean, but needed much more. Ants and insects throughout apartment. Apartment was bleak with amenities. Patio door did not lock properly, literally the lock was broken and door would not lock.
Communicated with property manager, that my party would check-out at 11:00 am.
Landlord and future renters came in the apartment, unannounced and surveyed the apartment about an hour and a half before departure time.
When asked to leave, they did. ...

"Ich habe mir bei der Unterkunft etwas ganz anderes vorgestellt als wir bekommen haben.. 1. Es wird als 4* Apartment verkauft was es definitiv nicht ist. 2. Man kommt rein und es kommt einem ein alter, modriger Geruch entgegen was sicher nicht einladend ist. 3. Die Möbel sind auch in die Jahre gekommen. 4. "Vincent the owner is an excellent communicator. He maintained contact prior and during our stay which was very reassuring. His Mum was very welcoming & supportive throughout. It is exactly what is advertised, a beautiful apartment with a sea view & fully equipped kitchen & cleaning provided during your stay. Good parking. A lift would be very beneficial. "We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. It did however need a little minor maintenance/tweaking which we were assured was in the pipeline....not in time for our stay unfortunately, but will make it better for the next guests. It didn't hamper our stay. It has access to a private beach, which is beautiful or you can enjoy the pool, looking out onto the beach. We would stay here again. Thank you. "

"Aktar in mondo was amazing. Lovely and friendly. Really took care of us for desserts.
Jenny greeted us and gave us an extensive overview of the resort. We booked in for various activities. She always made a point to chat to us and ask how we were.
Bilal was fantastic at the coffee bar. Very friendly and gave us good recommendations.
We had a fantastic time here and would love to come back. Excellent staff, clean facilities and a beautiful view. "

"Where do i start. They took me around in golf carts so i dont have to walk in the sun and heat, they had the best staff team ive met in all my life, the food was amazing not a single thing to complain about. The hotel was clean, cool and there was lots of things to do. I was helped mostly by Yash, Rajvir, Sarvesh, Atish, Ben, avi and the house keeping lady.
The hotel had a games room and snooker room that i used every night, entertainment every night at the retreat, bar open all day and night and coconut stall. The spa and massage was amazing, quite expensive but was amazing. I did not walk past a single staff member without them greeting me in such a kind way and bowing their heads. I truly felt like i owned the place. The two pools were the perfect temperature at all times and were very clean.
Some of the people that stayed at the hotel were very rude to the staff members and i really feel bad they received this treatment.
Overall, the hotel was the best hotel ive stayed at with the most friendliest staff ever. The hospitality is unmatched. You will not regret a single thing about booking this hotel.

"Second visit to this lovely hotel and nearly as good as 9 years ago. Only complaint was allowing weekend day trips by local groups of men, who were loud and allowed to drink beer in the main swimming pool while families and kids were trying to swim, no one from the hotel challenged their behaviour and it felt intimidating. Apart from that it was wonderful "
