"The parking was easy. The hotel is nicely situated but a little on the older side. The one restaurant I was refused service but without an explanation as the serving staff didn’t see to speak English well. The buffet was adequate in the other restaurant but wasn’t what I was looking for. I wasn’t in the mood for a mass feeding experience."

"A nice hotel situated by the river bank. Parking is ample but arrangement and instruction from the staff is confusing. The hotel is like a maze and difficult to navigate initially. Got insurance, the entrance from the car park is on ground level but the reception is one level down. Bedrooms are in a different wing and two levels above the reception. "Lovely new construction hotel where an old palace once stood. Very modern appointments and rooms. We prefer a bit more charm and historical reference but can see the appeal of this place. The food was great but dining room and common areas very stark. Nowhere to really relax or unwind which resulted in an early departure. The room with large windows was beautiful but definitely in need of proper bedside lamps. It was either overhead fixture or reading spots. No elevator or bell service so best...

Prośba o większe szlafroki nie została zrealizowana mimo że powiedziano w recepcji że będą dostarczone. Upominanie się o papier toaletowy bo nikt nie donosi rano i dwa razy o obsługę kręgielni. "I was amazed by this place - much better than expected. however, as it is a fairly new place, and it seems to be family run, it lacks a professional management. Service is very relaxed and perhaps not up to the standard the property represents itself. The rooms are very nicely designed, with heated bathroom floors, big flat screed, smart tv, good wifi (although add states no internet?), and good FREE parking - the add mentions a fee but we were never charged.
