"They were nice to cater to our request for nice view. But we did not get connecting rooms in the end... sad abt that. And the room has a smelly wet carpet smell..... bt for 1 night we ok. Still love the hotel in overall."

"Quite possibly THE best hotel ive ever stayed, from pre check in to check out, it couldnt have been better. Treated myself to a Jewel Wing room and it was gold standard. Had a lovely bathe in the roll top freestanding bath upon arrival and a rainfall shower this morn. Bed was huge and super comfortable, went out like a light. Huge shout out to the concierge team, who went out of their way to ensure i was comfortable. Will be rebooking on my return journey...and requesting a late check out. "

"I booked half board, food was delicious and worth for try. Staff was friendly and always speedy reverts. Receptionist Peggy was supportive and all managers and staff in resturant were helpful. "
