"We visited Les Gets for the first time and our stay at the Chalet-Hôtel La Marmotte could not have been better. We were warmly greeted by reception, had the most amazing room and so impressed with the cosy lounge. The breakfast was delicious, the location perfect as directly by the slopes and lifts (if skiing). The most relaxing luxurious stay in a quality hotel. "The staff were very pleasant, but overall the rooms were very tired. Bathrooms are in need of an upgrade and towels had holes in. It was disappointing not to have a bath, I didn’t even think to check when booking. Nice to have the option of a sauna, but the jacuzzi was too cold to use and you had to request the sauna to be turned on, and only between 3.30-7pm, a bit of an odd and annoying system. Breakfast was very basic. Overall I wasn’t very impressed, and wouldn’t recommend. "
