"Water outage for 36 hours. No drinking water provided by establishment. We had to use a bucket to collect swimming pool water to flush the toilet. No communication by staff concerning the outage. Confusion by owner on prepaid status & how to collect from hotels.com Required multiple phone calls on my behalf. No WIFI at all, even though they state that there is WIFI. Bed was 140 cms wide, not suitable for a couple, so my spouse had to sleep on a bunk bed in the other bedroom. Bathroom and shower...

"Amazing stay. Our first time in Guadeloupe. We stayed a week. The owner, Geoff, was super friendly and helpful, he spoke both French and English. The apartment had everything you needed for a week stay and Geoff got anything we asked for. There is not maid service, which was fine with us, we cooked meals. There was even an outdoor grill for use. We had a car but it was an easy walk to St. Francois to the marina, golf course, casino, restaurants, and beach. Very nice, small pool and chairs...
