"This is a lovely B&B just outside Maastricht in the Belgian countryside. It’s run by a lovely couple who take great pride in their property and give excellent service to guests. We used the number 62 bus which leaves from the top of the road, about a 10 minute walk, and goes to Maastricht railway station. Breakfast was excellent, can’t recommend highly enough."

"We spent 3 weeks in Europe. The B&B de Oude Winning was by far, and we mean "by far" the best accommodation we had. The service was beyond the best and the accommodations were sparkling clean, modern, and everything was outstanding. We'd go back in a minute and we'd recommend it to anyone. "

"The wifi is terrible. I could only use it in the stairwell. It's quite a ways from the train station if you are walking with heavy bags (about 1km), but across the street from one of the three caves. It was quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. "

"When I opened the room, there was a queen-size bed and a small bed. As it was only a short stay, I chose the small bed. But I didn't like the mattress, it was too soft, like jelly, and it caused me to pain all over my body."

We were met by our host who was very welcoming and booked in really quickly. The room turned out to be more like an suite, very large and comfortable and with a nicely furnished sitting area. "De gast heer en vrouw waren super aardig. Kamer en alles is super schoon. Jammer genoeg konden wij geen gebruik maken van de jacuzzi, wel van de sauna. Het ontbijt en de koffie was meer dan super. Kwa prijs verhouding, krijg je veel voor weinig geld. Heellaas geen foto’s gemaakt...... "
