When arriving there was nobody at the desk, it was about 10 minutes before someone showed, after pressing the bell a few times. Room was ok, bit dark. We asked for extra pillows and they were provided. The bed itself was comfortable. After returning from a day in Maastricht we found the room had not been cleaned, dirty towels not replaced, bed not made and coffee and tea not replenished. We arranged with reception the necessary. Next day we did not want to go out for an evening meal so we thought we would eat in the hotel. After waiting for someone to take an order or hand us the menu I asked at reception if the restaurant was open?? I was told a colleague would be along shortly, we gave it an other 10 minutes or so and decided not to bother and went out into the town for a meal. Poor service from all levels of staff during our stay, will not use this hotel again.

Overall stay at Bastion was acceptable but was let down by lack of attention to detail i.e. numerous requests for extra towels and toilet rolls. Also TV did not work and at the end of our stay had still not been resolved ( hotel notified 3 times). No kettle in room and again 3 requests before it was provided.

The gotel is advetised as Horel Bastipn Central it is definately not ventral it cost 16 euro for a taxi to the station which is in the centre we yried to check in at 15.00hrs we eventuallly got our room key at 5pm ubacceptable . They charged top rates but gave a terrable service.

Beim einchecken wurde uns sein Zimmer zu gewiesen, dass bereits belegt war. Die sich dort auf eine Dame war wenig begeistert, als wir das Zimmer betraten. Also wiederholen die Lobby, reklamiert und den Zorn der Bewohnerin geschildert, worauf hin uns ein Zimmer im fünften Stock zu gewiesen wurde was dann wiederum so gar nicht der Buchung entsprach. Der Fitnessraum besteht aus drei alten Cardio Geräten und hat keinerlei Gewichte. Frühstück ausreichend und gut. Personal sehr nett. Das Hotel ist super nah an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und der Innenstadt. Zudem gibt es eine Bushaltestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe ebenso Parkmöglichkeiten, die über das Hotel Gebucht werden können. Aufgrund der Zimmer Verwechslung wurde auf die Parkgebühren in Höhe von 15 € kulanterweise verzichtet.

-Onder het bed lag veel stof. Bij inchecken gemeld, niets aan veranderd. -licht in halletje gekoppeld aan schemerland. Niet praktisch, is geen gezellig licht. - geen bordje met niet storen aanwezig in kamer. -geen fysieke handleiding aanwezig voor gebruik tv.,airco, etc. -gordijn mist veel haken, erg slordig gezicht. -onderlaken te kort in lengte voor grote bed. Hierdoor gauw veel plooien. -WC spoelt vaste ontlasting moeilijk weg.
