"unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. Firstly, the pictures did not match the reality of the room I was given. Even there was no shampoo provided and bathroom was not tiidy and clean, which is a basic amenity one would expect. Additionally, the air-conditioning system was unreliable and did not function properly, making the room uncomfortable. Parking was a headache with limited spaces and poor management. Overall, I do not recommend staying here."

"Konakta genel olarak güzel ve rahat bir tatil geçirdik. Sadece ilk gittiğimizde tabela henüz asılmadığı için bulmakta zorlandık ancak arayınca çok yardımcı oldular. (Tabelanın asılacağını söylediler) Konak konum olarak eski mardinde kalıyor ve ulaşımı kolay. Sadece merdivenlerden inip çıkmak biraz yorucu oldu ve gece çarşıdan konağa giderken biraz tenhaydı. Odalar gayet temizdi. Banyo havlusu, terlik, tuvalet kağıdı, sabun vardı. Ücretsiz su, çay ve kahve ikramı vardı. Her şey için teşekkürler."

"My friend and I visited Mardin during a snowstorm. The hotel and staff exceeded our expectations. In short they were very accommodating and hospitable….. They were extremely helpful with parking and retrieving our car during deep snow conditions. The room was very comfortable and I loved the restroom with big shower. The views from the room was amazing. The hotel itself is decorated beautifully… but truly the gem of the hotel is the GM. We shall be returning again and again. "

"Lovely room and view, staff could not have been any friendlier. Driving a car there is almost impossible, GPS navigation takes you everywhere but the hotel. There is no parking, despite what description says. It’s free-for-all parking nearby (if one can find a spot after fighting crowded streets and traffic). Then one has to carry suitcases/belongings up stairs and through alleys to get to the hotel. Our room was very nice, but the internet/wifi did not work. Staff delivered fresh fruit plate as...

"When we arrived the hotel clerk informed us that theres no room free. Even though we booked it and paid it via hotels.com. He said he "forgot" to turn off the website. We had to go to another hotel and pay there again. He informed us that he already wrote to hotels.com about this and we will get our money back. Now he doesn’t pick up the phone and hotels.com doesn't react. It looks like fraught. I do not recommend to book a room here."
