It is in old house in the old city. The owner is very nice and helpful. Everything feels authentic. A great experience.

Buzdolabı diye ufacık bir buzdolabı koymuşlar. O da adam akıllı soğutmuyor zaten. Tuvalet ve banyoyu duşakabin olarak bölmüşler ama üst kısmı açık ve banyonun tesfiyesi düzgün olmadığı için banyo yaparken su duşakabinin içinde her yere gidiyor ( klozet ve el yıkama yeri aynı yerde olduğu için kötü bir durum). Güzel yorumlara aldanıp gelmeyin sakın. Kahvaltı falan hiç yokmuş zaten en kötü eksisi o. Tek iyi yönü eski mardinin içinde olması. O da çok avantaj sayılmaz neticede ulaşım kolay.

Bizim için oldukça kötü bir deneyimdi. Gerek ses yalıtımı gerek odanın konforu açısından hiç memnun kalmadık. Yalnızca odaya girerken ve çıkarken birileriyle muhatap olduk, onun dışında kimseyi görmedik. Odanın kapısı üzerinde açık bir alan var hem içerisi görünüyor merdivenden hem de dışarıdaki sesler olduğu gibi odanin içinde. Gece boyunca etraftaki eğlence yerlerinin müzik sesini dinledik. Buzdolabı çalışmıyordu.Yalnızca merkezî oluşu iyiydi onun dışında tavsiye etmiyoruz. Çok iyi yorumlar görüp onlara güvenerek gitmiştik ama pişman olduk.

2 gece kaldık ve 2 gece konaklama karşılığında 10000 tl verdik. Türkiyede gerçekten hiçbir hizmet vermeyip bu kadar ücret almaları o kadar büyük bir haksızlık ki.. Ne WiFi vardı ne bir sorun olduğu zaman bunu bildireceğim bir muhatap. Bir girişte gördük yetkili kişiyi bir de odadan ayrılırken. Hiçbir abartı olmadan yazıyorum ki sadece yatacak yer için para ödedik. Bahsettiğim yer Mardin ve sadece ikigece kaldık. WiFi belki de vardı ama dediğim gibi soramadım bile. İnternet çekmiyordu, muhatap bulup WiFi da sormayınca kendi İnternetimi kullanmak zorunda kaldım. gece bir ara Diğer misafirler çok gürültü yaptı uyarmaları için bir görevli aradım kimse yoktu. Otelin tek artısı eski Mardin e yakın olmasıydı ama başka yakın oteller de var oraları tercih edebilirsiniz. Ben memnun kalmadım açıkçası. Hizmet sektöründeyseniz zaten güleryüzlü ve misafirperver olmak zorundasınız bu bir marifet değil işinizin gereğidir. Yapılan diğer yorumlara istinaden yazıyorum. Önemli olan iyi hizmet almaktır ama biz
