"It is a cozy hotel run by a family. All the staffs are super friendly and helpful. The room condition was good and all the facilities ( TV/Air con/ hair dryer / bed) were very good. There was a spectacular roof top view we enjoyed the sun set very well. They served local traditional breakfast which we enjoyed very much. While it is in the middle of the hill and rental car access is not recommended, they provided special assistance when we drove there and left the hotel. Definitely recommend this...

"It is a beautiful castle hotel is in the middle of the old town. Very comfortable with great breakfast You can walk around and it is safe. It is very difficult to get with Google, but that will happen with all hotels in Mardin ."

"When I checked in expecting to be given a deluxe corner suite instead been given double room at the corner! I booked 2rooms the other was twin sharing floor 2 next to us as requested but my room was not Suite. I was very upset that's they wanted to cheat on me they think.Iam so stupid doesn't know the difference between the two after a lot of waiting and telling them will call expedia and as a Gold member they changed to room no 1006 that's was suite but by then all my mood has changed...

"Wow, we loved our stay at Aryan Hotel in Mardin! The rooms were lovely and the location is beyond ideal, down a quiet, artisanal street right off the bustle action of the old town’s Main Street, and about a 2 minute walk to the Mardin Archaeology Museum. The owner is wonderful and very generous in welcoming guests with offers to help with any questions or needs. "Disappointing, given that this is an expensive hotel! They switched our room for a horrible smelly one, and blamed it on Expedia booking ( don't believe it for a second) and one of the manager was incredibly rude. Trying to be a luxury hotel but not quite getting there. Parking nearby difficult, no one to assist with bags, breakfast mediocre. poor lighting in rooms, bad internet, terrible bathroom plumbing."

"Lovely room and view, staff could not have been any friendlier. Driving a car there is almost impossible, GPS navigation takes you everywhere but the hotel. There is no parking, despite what description says. It’s free-for-all parking nearby (if one can find a spot after fighting crowded streets and traffic). Then one has to carry suitcases/belongings up stairs and through alleys to get to the hotel. Our room was very nice, but the internet/wifi did not work. Staff delivered fresh fruit plate as...
