"You have to pay more than room rate for cleaning fee. This is cheating and rip-off. The property is run by Sun and Snow company which is unfriendly and stubborn only knowing to say ‘this is our policy’. The address on Expedia is totally different."

I want to give a special shoutout to Mr. Wojciech, who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. From the moment I checked in, he was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. He provided great local recommendations and made sure all my needs were taken care of with genuine care and attention. It’s rare to come across such dedicated hospitality, and Mr. Wojciech truly exemplifies it. Thanks to him and the rest of the team, my stay was smooth and enjoyable. "This is one of the best places I’ve stayed in the world. The staff do everything to provide a warm welcome. The facilities are stunning and the food and ambiance amazing!
