Lovely property. Wonderful views from the 26th floor across Manchester. 2 well proportioned bedrooms and both with en-suite. Good facilities in the kitchen and the apartment was really clean and tidy

Wonderful Stay, Would Recommend

Wonderful apartment, spacious, modern, top end appliances and very clean. Communication clear throughout our stay, Only slight criticism is the blinds in the bedroom, really should have blackout curtains as well, having said that very comfortable beds. Would highly recommend & great location.

The location is good. We booked a car park, but the car park instructions were unclear. I called the CS 3 times, and one of the CS (Guy) was very rude to us, with no patience to answer. The property has 2 bathrooms. The fans in both bathrooms are not working, and the dining room floor has some chips. The double beds are smaller than normal double beds size. I won't book it again.

Very nice apartment, very clean and modern. Some privacy issues with large windows that had no blinds, so people walking by can look into the unit. Excellent communication with company. Google map pin showed it was closer to Old Trafford stadium, but actual flat was a 30 minute walk. This was fine as the weather was pleasant, but poor weather would have been an issue for the hike.

I had a great stay at Charles Hope townhouse. This is a great location with the train available to travel to Old Trafford for a football game or making our way to the central retail district. Overall the property was clean, however had a few minor defects: - towel with holes and stain on them - mild stains on the bedsheet - stain on the carpet near the bed - washer detergent feeder has a lot of residue from previous stay. - dish washer has residue from previous stay - it had a funky smell when we first opened it It would be better if: - there were instructions for check-in, but it would be better if there's a diagram or pictures for reference. Locating the key pad on the handle took a little bit of figuring out. - there's paper towel provided for the kitchen/ living area - car park next to the property/ loading area to transport luggages - if parking is included with the stay. Currently it's additional £15 per night. We parked across the street which is free and no time limit. - provide the qr code to garbage disposal directions. It is hard to find that info in the guide book

Bad communication and hard to find

Communication - shocking!. Phone number does not work. Did not receive check in details and had to chase. Eventually found a number different to one on here that worked and got check in details sent. On arrival - very hard to find and said 'floor G' when infact it should have said BLOCK G. We found our door and got in to collect fob for car park - this again was a carry on. Did not work on gate to get in. Only worked on the NCP gate and we should not be paying for parking. A lovely lady in building across from our apartment clearly deals with a lot of the guest and told us the last guest bumped their car up onto pavement to get in - which we had to do in the end. Complained and was told a cleaner would look into fob for us - surprise surprise - we never seen one. the apartment itself is new and lovely. So once in and car park car and find it, all would be good!!. Good location for the tram.

Property was really nice, spacious and well equipped with great quality appliances and total of 3 toilets. Hard to fault. Only advice would be to take a sleep mask as although good quality fitted blinds in the bedroom they do let sunlight through in the morning. Lovely stay and not far from Deansgate and nice bars and restaurants.

Flott plass for å besøke Old trafford

Perfekt lokasjon for å besøke Old trafford. Ryddig og romslig leilighet. Lett å få kontakt med utleiere via telefon/ chat da vi trengte assistanse. Ett par punkt som trakk ned: Fikk 2 forskjellige adresser for hvor vi skullle bo og hvilken leilighet vi skulle ha Kaldt i leiligheten og vi fikk ikke skrudd opp varmen. En alarm som gikk av hvert minutt som vi ikke fikk skrudd av.

Gorgeous duplex

Gorgeous duplex apartment kitted out with everything you would need. The location is very close to Cornbrook tram stop so convenient for the city centre, Trafford Center, Media City and more. A great wee base. There is also a Co-Op for any groceries over the road. If I'm back down in Manchester in the future I will certainly be checking here for availability.

Happy with the property and services as it all feels like home.Good customer services and quick assistance when required. Access to parking directly on arrival and leaving could be made better and easier without the stress of having to access the property first and having to drop key back into property after leaving the car park. This system is a bit stressful for someone with children. Other than that, every other thing is spot on.
