"We loved the friendliness of the front desk staff. She made check in easy and quick. The cafe was well stocked and clean. We were impressed with the perks that came with our stay. We received free cookies and and a beverage at check-in plus the promise of drinks or more cookies throughout our stay. A light breakfast was provided with between fresh muffins or croissants and included juice, tea or coffee and yogurt. You could enjoy this at the cafe or return to your room with a basket and eat in privacy. The rooms are clean and enough towels and toiletries were provided to last several days. The room included a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The had plenty of blankets and the pillowes are substantial, not those flimsy puffs of air you get at some hotels. We took advantage of the close proximity of all the shops Smithville had to offer by walking for hours and then enjoyed dinner at Fred and Ethels later that night. We would love to return to this Inn again!"
