"We enjoyed our two night stay overall. We were given a free upgrade as celebrating a special occasion (thank you) but this unfortunately backfired on us as we had a room on the 8th floor which had very loud pump and water running continuously throughout the night. In my opinion this must be a common complaint as it is very loud and disturbs your sleep. I would suggest getting an extra person in the bar as drinks took forever or forgotten after ordering. Was always polite and smiling so he did...
