Excellent customer service and good customer care, I must mention a name Imran Hussain who guided us on many issues as we were not able to speak Arabic language. I recommend this place to stay not far and a free bus shuttle 24/7.

Le Meridien Towers Makkah
The hotel is great, very quite background. The buses run 24/7 every 10 mins. The only thing to look out is sometimes it drops you quite far due to temporary pathway restrictions

The hotel is nice, only one small problem is that it is a bit far from Kaaba. They only have a shuttle bus service at night.

Even after the drop-off by the Jabal Omar shuttle bus, the hotel is not within the Haram area, and you still have to walk about 10–12 minutes to reach the Masjid.
