"The property is okay. It is advertised with "fast Wi-Fi connection" but we can't even use the WiFi when we were staying there. We booked the place cause it was the hotel nearest to the place we are visiting and it we need the fast internet connection. We called the front desk to report the issue, they mentioned they will try to do something to fix it. After an hour, still can't use the WiFi. Then the front desk staff mentioned, that we should be reminded that the WiFi is just a complimentary and...

"i believe i have been treated very badly by this hotel, they would not, give me a refund, even though the reason i could not make it to the hotel was out of my hands ( Force Maseure) my flight was cancelled by air asia , thats the reason i could not make it, but they will not give me a refund, i will never ever stay in one of their hotels ever again."

"I needed to get my medications picked up from the pharmacy and they offered to have One of their Concierge go to the Pharmacy. It’s very touching. I would improve though their breakfast . It’s plenty but needs some refinement. Other than that I love the rooms, it’s clean. "

"Spacious, separate kitchen with complete utensils and comfortable living area with a smart TV . The service staffs were very helpful. Breakfast was amazing, you can order from the menu and buffet food selections are great too. The hotel is close to the malls were it's safe to reach by foot."
