Sadly though the cleanliness let it down, the previous guests rubbish were still in the bins, laundry in the washing machine & eye lashes by the bed. We were told at the peppers reception that the unit was not managed by them & to sort it ourselves. "

A little disappointed over car park view as we had to keep the blinds down at all times when we were in our rooms as,, people off the ferry could see straight in. Would stay again. "

"Cute little hostel on Magnetic Island which was adequate but not amazing. We loved the

area and walking around the grounds, also enjoyed the bird feeding. Nice chill environment in the communal areas. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. The room had a few little things that just played on our mind. We stayed in the queen room with private bathroom - the sink is so so unnecessarily tiny, they provide a kettle in this room but it’s almost impossible to fill in the sink, every time you...

"The view from the little house is amazing. Cannot beat that. Nevertheless, the food at the bar was very average. The bed was comfortable but I feel there more cleaning and maintenance is needed. "

"Great stay- it is quite far from Townsville city if you do not have your own transport but if you do its a great spot - 5 mins away is coles, maccas, hungrys, kfc etc etc. Also the new precinct at Northshore is lovely we really enjoyed the tavern. Villa was great,

and slides great. If i could say anything would be the playground needs updating and shade sails! 😎 "
