"The property is unsuitable for many reasons; Not once was my room cleaned. Reception staff do not speak both italian and english there is one person who speaks english and works part time. "The building is in the middle of apartment blocks with no vehicle access, and reached via the flight of steps shown in the photo. It's on a private estate with barrier controlled entrance but it's possible to get a taxi near if you know exacly where to go. We were met by the receoptionist.
