"View from the terrace has a beautiful mountain view and is great for watching the hustle and bustle of the street below. Easy walk to the train station, lots of stores and restaurants close by. Easy downhill walk to the Archaeology museum. Staff were easy to get a hold of, and the suite itself was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Highly recommend if you are staying in Naples. "

"There was no Internet connection during our stay in apartment. In addition cellphones do not work inside apartment because of weak signal. When you need to make a phone call you go outside. When you go outside you need keys and because we had only one set of keys with knob which turns on the light in apartment my wife had to wait me in the dark."

"Poor service at checkin, had to fight to get the copy they took of my passport at checkout. Room was infested with ants so we could not have food in room and the air conditioner would not work. Asked for a new room but was denied, refused refund so we could check into an actual hotel but were told they have a no refund policy. Do not stay here especially when you can stay at another hotel very close for $10 more a night."

"The apartment was good. Our greeting agent was very friendly and helpful. . A WiFi extender is needed to help cover more of the apartment. The lock to enter the complex needs to be repaired or replaced. I had to “jiggle” the key to open the door. Being very close to the archeological museum and walking distance to many good sites and restaurants is a definite plus. City noise and graffiti detract from the location."

"The employees are very nice and helpful. The hotel is clean and have nice rooms. Very close to stores and public transports. From some rooms you can see the Vesuvio. "Staff was very accommodating. Close to transportation and easy to acquire transportation. It is about a mile from the main train station, you can walk it or a cab costs around €15-17. May be better to get a cab considering the Naples area doesn’t seem to be the best, in comparison to Sorrento, cleanliness/safety-wise. Hotel was great though. Naples area in general, not as nice as the hotel was. Staff was exceptional, friendly and polite. Thank you for you."
