Room is very good but lack of hot water from shower and only thai language T.V..Bed was very comfortable.200baht for buffet breakfast seems expensive. For the money there are better hotels nearer the border.

Disliked: Staff & service
Best of the worst.
Horrible and expensive breakfast. Restaurant closed all day and night after breakfast. No English speaking staff. Lost our laundry. Meant well but seemingly no training st all. Few hotels to choose from in this town.

Not that many options in Mae Sai
Decent / basic hotel. Only 2 pillows on bed, so maybe ask for more. Internet worked fine. Close to Myanmar boarder.
Overall not bad in staying at this hotel. Will return if going over again.

Good location
Nice place/ clean and nice staff. Nothing special about rooms or service, but nothing to complain about either. Although the maid did walk in my room when Do Not Disturb sign was out but these things happen.

Nice hotel close to the market
It was a fine hotel very nice average not the fanciest but I would stay here again.
This hotel is perfectly situated for a leisurely overnight visa run from Chiang Mai. Three minute walk to the border. Very comfortable rooms. Good price if you book ahead on Expedia......you know when your Visa expires. No restaurant...and that's a good thing. Lots of food options minutes away.
