"Carlos and Jonny were a great help in all regards but the property really is a hostel and not a hotel. Unless you are ok with rustic hostel accommodations pick another property. The price is good for being on Grand Via and that was my criteria for a short stay in Madrid on the way home from 2 weeks in Asturius. "amazing location and very easy to get around! one block from Gran via metro station. The room was nice but After check in we never saw any hotel staff. Our reservation said it included free breakfast but we never received a notice or saw anything available. Also The internet is very weak and the tv didn't work at all."
