"My daughter had ants in her bed, and when I asked about a refund they laughed in my face and then as I was walking away, I could hear them saying, “Where are these people from and world they live in, thinking they can get a refund for ants in their bed?” So then I walked back and we had a screaming argument so the entire campground could hear us. "The bedroom, pool need a deep cleaning, the breakfast was OK, not good enough for a 4 stars. But the salvation was Roberto and the animation team. The hotel need some improvemebt it is old and need some deep clean, like the pool board was green"

"We visited in October and were not informed that the restaurant,bar and supermarket were closed so we had to travel to the nearest town for everything. So if you were to go there rent a car. The reception was closed for most of the day and when it was supposed to be open there would usually be no one there. Also the free wifi is only at reception not in the apartments themselves and didn't always work when we needed it. As far as the apartments themselves they are nice and clean, the hot water...

"Séjour convenable.. Le seul point positif est la localisation, effectivement la plage est à 2 minutes à pied visible des mobilhomes, coucher de soleil, l’endroit en lui même est splendide. Par contre, en terme de communication, c’est décevant. À notre arrivée; on nous demande de payer la totalité de notre séjour alors que ce dernier a déjà été payé par le biais de Hôtel.com, nous avons la surprise de n’avoir ni draps ni serviettes alors qu’il ai mentionné sur l’annonce que tout est fourni....

"Don’t be seduced by the pool or view. There are no bins as you have to take away your own rubbish although they give your a barcode to dispose of it. There is no air-con and it is quite dirty as you can see in the pictures. Also no wifi in the property but we were told we could access it outside by using the code in reception but its really slow when working. The kitchen area was small and quite unuseable and also you are not provided with any cloths, detergent or tea towels to clean up with but...
