"I had the pleasure of staying at the Swissotel for a week with my family of 10. The entrance of the hotel is very confusing when first arriving since it is located on the side of their mall, unless you enter through the main casino area, which is a farther walk to the main lobby area. Check in staff were polite and tried their best to accommodate our requests to keep our rooms close, despite the hotel being close to capacity for the holidays. Strangely, only 1 of the 3 rooms received fresh fruit. The other 2 rooms only had water During our stay, we were always greeted and seated promptly for our daily breakfast at MARKT restaurant. There was a wide selection and variety of food to choose from. The restaurant staff was kind and did their best to meet our requests however, several days our beverages were never delivered after ordering. The last hour of the breakfast buffet, many items were not replenished. Pool area was nice and clean. Food and drinks were served well. Shopping area could be improved with more variety in retail such as clothing and gift stores. Concierge staff are very nice to work with. Overall, my family and I will definitely be coming back to stay in this hotel for future visits. NOTE: I would AVOID eating at The DINE restaurant, which is NOT affiliated with Swissotel, located in their adjacent shopping area inside the side entrance to the hotel. Poor customer service and high prices - not worth it. Manager unapologetic with their own mistakes. "

"Lots of Cockroach in the villa. My nephew even got bitten by a cocktoach while he was sleeping. The front walk path is full of moss. People could slip and get hurt if they walk in the dark. Terrible. I didnt expect the villa to be at that state, we desperately wanted to cancel however, it was already late in the evening when I arrived and Im too tired to look for another option."
