"An absolutely beautiful hotel in the most amazing grounds. Staff can’t do enough to help, service is outstanding. Facilities are outstanding - huge manicured gardens with tropical trees and plants, volleyball, tennis, 3 pools (importantly one is heated!), spa (extra charge, not cheap) petting zoo/farm, several boats waiting to take you across the river, taxis on demand (very cheap), travel agent in the lobby to book tours (at only a day’s notice). "Beautiful architecture, great staff, lovely grounds. The bed was quite hard though and not as comfortable as it could be, also lighting was a little dim. It was however a gorgeous place if a little pricey."
