"Great apartments with the basics you need to prepare meals, dishwasher and washing machine. Extra towels, hygiene and cleaning products was provided. Only thing that was an issue was quality and range of wifi network. Was only available close to entrance. But other than that . Amazing Service provided before our late arrival. Great standard of the apparment and accessories that was provided. Walking distance beautiful Old town of Bilbao, Museums, restaurants etc."

"Very nice room. It was spacious with plenty of room to unpack and not feel cramped. It was a suite (Room 225) with a sitting area, bedroom and bathroom. It was perfect for our stay of a couple days. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. The hotel had everything that we could have wanted. We arrived rather early and we were lucky enough to be able to check in right away. This was amazing after a long day of travel to get to Bilboa. Friendly staff, spacious room and great service....

"This is a lovely boutique hotel. Friendly helpful staff and readily accessible to both, the old city and the newer city. Best of all, it was a 5 minute walk across a bridge from the our arrival train station. Note: for those with sensitive skin like me, I put a t-shirt over my pillow to stop the reaction from the scented detergent/dryer chemicals."

She picked up on my husband’s birthday and the hotel arranged a birthday greeting and a gift that was left in our room. The breakfast is a treat. The room is spacious and well equipped. The bathroom with rain shower is a delight and separate WC is ideal. The king bed was very comfortable. The location is ideal, as located close to public transport, walkable to nearly everything, and on the river Nervion. Behind the hotel is Abando with the museums and across the bridge is Casco Viejo (old town). A wonderful location. "
