"Overlooking golf course and the Firth of Forth, can not praise this little gem of a property enough. Spotless, communication brilliant. Easy access to town and train, to Edinburgh. Too top the 4 night break saw the Northern Lights, perfect spot. If back that way would definitely stay again. "

"A nice relaxing weekend in a beautiful property, very clean, parking outside the door and very helpful owners. Check-in was easy with the key left in a safe place, also left tea, coffee, milk, prosecco and chocolates were left for our arrival. The hot tub on the terrace was very welcome after being out walking all day."

"Quaint property in between Dundee and Broughty Ferry! Despite properties location just off main road, blise from vehicles wasn't overly disturbing. Property located close to many local amenities - supermarkets, petrol stations and restaurants/cafés. Really lovely space with good sized rooms and super appliances. "Really lovely wee cottage, compact but enough for a holiday for family of four. Everything you would need in the kitchen. A few minutes to the beautiful sand beach and 1 minute to a lovely pub. Great communication from owners."

"Unfortunately when we arrived at 3.05pm (check-in was from 3pm) the cleaner was in the house. She said her colleague had gone to get clean linen and she was still cleaning. We asked if we could go into the kitchen to have a snack (we had been travelling all day and had brought some instant pasta which needed boiling water) but were not allowed access to the house at all. "We had a really enjoyable stay, the property was well equipped and comfortable however disappointed at the cleanliness of the property. It appeared that the bare minimum was done in order to clean the property. There were areas that were extremely unclean. The property would benefit from a deep clean and a freshen up with paint would go a long way. "
