"Wanted a refund from the door expecting a nice room that was missing represented on top of everything else like the toilet that wasnt cleaned dusty and the longe room was not a place to lounge as well as the kitchen attached to it never rushed to get a different place faster and you can find it for the price I paid I wouldn't have wanted to stay there and the refund process takes its time when you figure out you need to do it "

"Excellent stay with extended family at this beautiful property. Multiple rooms over 5 floors to accommodate large groups with a cosy kitchen with range for group gathering on the lowest floor. Beds were clean and comfortable although most are single beds. We paid to park at the nearby secure public car park which is a 2-3min walk to the house. It is very central and is only 5mins easy walk away from the city attractions. Only downside of the house is multiple staircases if mobility or small...

When I booked the cottage I had great communication via Expedia and was informed that 24 hours prior to check in I would receive check in instructions by email but I never did. I finally called them directly at which point the representative emailed the instructions to me with a google maps link to the property location since the homes do not have street numbers in that area. The google map link took us to a location about a mile...
