Pro: Bus stop right in front of property which made it more convenient to train station and old town, good breakfast buffet, fan in room, comfortable beds Con: no air conditioning and extra fan was never brought to our room, it was almost unbearable heat and humidity during our stay

Whilst checking in the staff were excellent and explained everything fully in order to make the most of the visit. The free use of buses was discussed and it was so easy with the bus stop being right outside the hotel.

A very enjoyable stay, great location on the lake with easy access to transport to town. Staff were excellent annd breakfast was good. Only downside was no a/c but was ok at night with provided fans. I very much recommend this hotel.

El hotel es muy antiguo. Está muy bien ubicado pero aunque está muy limpio y organizado no justifica el precio porque es demasiado viejo. Sin embargo nos dieron una habitación con vista al lago y eso hizo más agradable la estancia Al igual que el tamaño de la habitación es muy bueno. Pero el desayuno es muy regular Muy pero muy básico

We checked in on a rainy day and when we opened the bed there was a big brown stain with a hair by it. Looks like they did not change the sheets. Room is very dated. The price you pay if for the location and not for your stay.

The hotel located very close to the lake Lucerne with awesome lake view room and balcony. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Hotel staff was very nice, gave us suggestions on sight seeing and transportation options in Lucerne. Breakfast was tasty with wide selection and frendly hostess.
