"Very nice hotel, bathroom toilet area a bit dated and missing grout around tub tile on both sides plus shower curtain had large black smudge inside. Told front desk staff, not addressed while there. Great location, nice staff and pool area."

"Property is great. Most of it is closed down however, due to hurricanes. Rooms are really nice. Staff is amazing. Many up charges. Valet parking only. You cannot park your own car. "

"Absolutely a nice resort. Never left the property. Restaurants and dining options were excellent. Food was excellent. The front desk people were exceptional. The valet was service was the only thing that was not spectacular. Waited 10-15 mins for valet service. Multiple employees in the hotel had to find the valet for us. Otherwise, the hotel/resort was a great experience and plan on going back there. I highly recommended it to my friends and family."

"I was leery about the kiosk check but it was such an easy process!! Super check! Staff was available and onsite if needed. Great room-very clean and comfy bed. Would def stay here again. "
