"We stayed on the 10th floor and probably had the best view on all of Fort Myers Beach with ocean and bayside views. The room was recently remodeled and clean. The pool area is nice and right on the bay. Some things to consider: we thought the resort was more focused on couples than young families (we brought our toddler) but everyone was friendly and welcoming. "The location was extremely convenient. It was very clean and the staff were very pleasant. I would have given it 5 stars but the first 3 days I unfortunately had to complain about the same two items. Finally with the assistance and persistence of Justin Pack, Front Desk Agent, the these problems were resolved. Although for these minor hiccups, I would recommend this hotel, and return for another visit."
