"We had a fantastic stay staff couldn’t have been more friendly. Our apartment was cleaned every day. There was a washing machine that included washing powder in the charge. Reception was great on arrival so we will definitely be back. Thank you for a lovely stay "

"Fantastic couple of nights stay with 2 kids (9,11) really clean appartment super quiet and comfortable, gorgeous pool area with lovely heated pool and plenty of sunbeds. Staff in restaurant absolutely amazing so friendly and welcoming… wish we had stayed longer. "

"Bad start to our stay. Booked a table for dinner on the first night. When we turned up to eat the table we had chosen had been allocated to a party of 6 and we were informed no one can book a table!! The member of staff who told us this was quite off hand and rude. Really bad communication. The accommodation itself was good and the reception staff were excellent "

"Overall this is a lovely complex for visiting in the winter months. The waiting staff are really attentive and the trainee on the reception desk went over and above when she came to find us to tell us our apartment was ready (after I’d missed her call). "Pros: lovely holiday complex with well kept gardens and pool area, which didn't feel crowded. Very spacious living area in apartment. Balcony had a nice sea view and walls kept it private, but also no sea view once you sat down due to the walls! Cons: slightly unclean surfaces on arrival (crumbs, hairs). Kitchen doesn't get cleaned by housekeeping, there were some tiny ants on the surfaces during my stay (not unexpected in hot climates, but wouldn't expect in a holiday home)"

Great way to experience Lanzarote

"Great stay. A week of half-board, with a full day of organized activities to choose from every day. Very responsive, friendly and professional staff. We had rented an EV, and the hotel has two 11kW charging stations with dedicated parking space for EVs. One of them was working ok, and charging there was a breeze. Food is excellent with two main restaurants to choose from. There are two parts of this sprawling hotel, we stayed in the one further away from the beach and it was fine. Also location is very central to access all parts of the island. Nice walking/running trail along the beach to the nearby town. "
