"We stayed there for a week, and everything was ready and clean when we arrived. Each day, we were given two bottles of water, which was a nice touch. The pool and hot tub area were always clean and well-maintained, and there was never any noise after 10 p.m.—even before that, it was pretty quiet. The best part was being right on the
beach with easy access. It made our stay really relaxing.

"This is an amazing hotel in the middle of nowhere on the
Sea of Cortez about 30 minutes north of Los Barriles. You will be off road for about 6 Km on rough road. Once here you will be spoiled with sun drenched beaches with no one to bother you.
The grounds are very well kept as are the rooms overlooking the

"We stayed 4 nights in the design room. Overall it was a good experience, but there were few things we did not love.
First thing we saw when we stepped in the room was broken furniture.
The “massage” shower was more of a fight not to get splashed into face.
The pool is nice from one side of the view … from the other its next to a dusty parking lot.
No pool towels. And room cleaning is upon request."

Ocean views galore
"Check in was quick and easy. The hotel is in the heart of Los Barriles and on the beach. They have a large pool. I would definitely get a pool/ocean view room. It is worth the extra $$$. The bed was a little soft for my liking. They have a cafe/coffee shop which has food and is open earlier in the day. They have a full bar/restaurant in the evenings as well as a little palapa bar right above the beach with a great view. We saw whales breaching and playing and rays jumping, all right out in front of the hotel. The staff were all super friendly, especially Leo. A couple of things to note. Our room did not have a microwave or coffee maker. Also the water pressure is a little light and the sink drained slow. But these are small things compared to all the great things about Playa Del Sol. We will most definitely stay here again. It is 2 blocks from the main streets and there are a ton of restaurants, bars, taco stands and grocery options within a few blocks. "
