Room was nice, staff was definitely an issue. Overnight staff member Mamantha did not know how to use the computer. Didn’t know the prices of food and beverages items being sold in the lobby. And refused to let us use tab pay, although we used it prior when paying our deposit with a different staff member when we had arrived. Then blamed us for using it and claimed now lm going to get in trouble”…. Excuse me? Took 15 minutes to purchase a water bottle and soda from the lobby…

I checked into the hotel the night of my check-in date. Since I had booked the room via Expedia, I only owed a $100 deposit which was charged to my debit card. Upon entering the room, I noticed bugs in certain areas, including the bed. Therefore, the room was unsuitable for my stay, and I was no longer interested in staying at the hotel. I immediately returned to the front desk and informed the host about the condition of the room. She apologized for the inconvenience and processed a refund for the $100 deposit I had paid only minutes earlier. I left the hotel without staying in any room at all. The following day, I returned to speak with the manager. I informed him of everything that had happened the night before. He insisted on seeing the room himself, so the two of us and maintenance personnel went up to the room. They saw the bugs for themselves. The manager and I returned to the front desk. He directed me to contact Expedia about a refund since I booked the room via Expedia. He said that once I contacted Expedia, Expedia would contact him. He also provided me with his business card. Expedia has informed me that they have failed to reach the hotel after several attempts, and there's nothing more that they can do. As compensation, Expedia has offered me an $80 credit, which is completely unacceptable and insufficient. The only fair compensation would be a full refund of $539.61. Consider other options before booking here.

Nice to see outdoor seating with fire pits but the pictures looked a bit misleading. Maybe I I assumed i thought the hotel info said there was a restaurant and it made it look much bigger than it actually is. Overall it was good the room was great. Would be better if it had a smart tv.

Showed up after midnight with a 26’ box truck. Front desk clerk checked me in in less than 2 minutes and walked me outside to show me where to park. It was the easiest and fastest check in process and the accommodation for parking a large truck in a gated parking lot put my traveling mind at ease. Walking into the room made me feel like I was on vacation not for work with the towel on the bed made up into a swan. Overall, it was a great experience and I will definitely stay here again!
