"This house was filthy & very poorly maintained. Grime on walls, dishes, floors and pool. We paid extra to have pool heated and clean, but when we arrived, it was cold and had days of debris in it. There was food on the deck, around the fire pit and sitting area. The palm tree lighting is hanging at toddler height that could easily become entangled around child’s neck. "My stay at Expansive Mountain Gem was overall pleasant, comfortable, and met my expectations. The biljard’s game room was an excellent addition to the property, as it entertained both kids and parents. However, it’s important to mention that the neighboring property was quite an eyesore. The adjacent terrain was cluttered with old cars, containers, and unused machinery, which detracted from the otherwise serene environment. The light switches were visibly dirty. The toilets were not cleaned properly. There was a spill of some sort with chunks of something in a downstairs bedroom that was not cleaned.
