Royal Garden Hotel
Yes, the room was spotless, and the staff was courteous. The room was not spacious enough. I did not like the fact that there were no drinks in the mini fridge. That is a minus for a 5-star hotel.

Zedwell Piccadilly Circus
Our stay at Zedwell was great. I stayed with my husband and 2 teens (14 & 16) we had 2 full or queen size beds as bunk beds. That was pretty cool. The room was a bit smaller than I thought it was.
