-Rude staff at the front desk. I accidentally booked an accessible room and rather than tactfully asking "I see you are booked in an accessible room with us, is that correct?" the staff outright asked if my friend was disabled. He was so rude and remarked "well, I'm trying to be tactful by asking if anyone else is staying with you because, you look pretty able bodied."
-My room was decent. My friend stayed in a room one floor below and it was a party floor. There were families in the hallway with adults drinking and yelling in the hall.
-The breakfast only served lunch foods - cold cuts and a couple hard boiled eggs.. that's it (plus juice).
-Parking was over $90 - for London???
-I had two random charges to my credit card and this was after the hotel forgot to ask both of us for a security deposit on check in. They "caught us" on the second night and asked for a deposit as we walked by, but they only asked one of us. My card was never charged for the other room's deposit.
