Room was ok, expected it to be a bit larger considering I upgraded, but for me personally what the biggest let down was the TV did not have any streaming apps not even Netflix which was very disappointing as the TV itself was large and a good brand but wasted as I had to watch standard channels. Staff were exceptional very friendly and approachable.

The lady on reception was especially friendly and helpful (I think she was from Italy) she was a credit to the hotel! The room was clean and spacious. The only negative was that the pool water was dirty as there was lots of tissue/paper in the pool. I was unsure if the filter was not working properly? Other than that minor issue, I would highly recommend the hotel and surrounding area 🙂

The check-in process was easy; the staff was outstanding. The breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay and the dining staff went above and beyond to accommodate us including daily reserving a table for six and making jokes that made our party feel comfortable and welcome. When we return to London (from the U.S.) we will look no farther for our hotel stay than Novotel, Canary Wharf.

The hotel is stunning, nice and clean. You can go for a nice stroll as have plenty of amenities near by. However, the hotel has no parking facilities which is a must. Its was very hard to find a parking space in the parking lot. We had to pay £26 for 24 hours. Its was 15 minutes walk back to the hotel.

Staff seemed slow and highly strung. Never enough people on checkin/check out. Roof top bar closed. Bokan restaurant had a strange fish smell. Sauna was out of order. Door in bedroom badly designed. Made a loud noise every time trying to close it.

Terrible customer service, I would not book.
We were very disappointed with our stay at this hotel. Very disappointing, considering the price you pay also. The biggest issue, is the customer service. It is certainly the worst I ever ever encountered, other guests we met in the hotel were also complaining about the customer service. They also said they would never return or recommend this hotel. The front house staff and guest room services are incredibly unprofessional and exceptionally rude. I required some water, as I had been coughing, and the receptionist told us they couldn’t give us water! They lack empathy, and common courtesy. I would not recommend this hotel. Book elsewhere, which values you and your money!
