We enjoyed our stay at Hyatt. The staff were professional and also polite and respectful. The security guards were so welcoming and knowledgeable with the area. Lovely hotel! Room and areas around the hotel were great. Breakfast was very good quality and lots of variety. Only minor negative - would be good to have specific instructions on how to find the hotel - no signage within the shopping centre and I walked around for a while and happened to find it by chance.

Need a stay in london close to travel amenities The location is perfect right in the heart of Westfield Checking is staff bright and cheerful. Did try to assist as i wanted a bath on my room nit a shower , however, they were fully booked Breakfast staff was amazing. Especially Claudio. The other recepption staff Monica and Jayesh may need a little more acknowlegment to their guests. Overall friendly team , perfect location and a good room
