The manager Ozman is amazing and so are some of his staff. The breakfast spread is good but they repeat the exact same menu every single day. The rooms are super tight and small. The sofa bed has a very very soft mattress. Nobody (kids) above the weight of 30 kgs should try and sleep on it as it’s very uncomfortable. If you’re attempting to have 2 kids sleep on the sofa bed , good luck. They qualify this super small room as a family room and expect to keep 2 adults and 2 children comfortably - which isn’t the case. This property is aged, several rooms didn’t have their central air conditioning working. It’s more about the property, but some of the staff are super helpful and nice - shout out to Ozman , Chris and Karina. On the other hand a receptionist by the name of Fahad was rude and unwelcoming , try and avoid him if you can. The hotel is located very close to the bus stand and train station which is helpful. Do not expect any amenities here as they don’t have a gym or pool.

I travelled for one month on this trip, and stayed at 12 different hotels, this was the absolute worst in terms of service from staff during my stay. After leaving, I had some concerns and contacted the hotel via phone and email, and no one has responded to me. I absolutely do NOT recommend the Holiday Inn Express Wandsworth

Wonderful stay. Staff are incredibly friendly; the breakfast offering was brilliant and the catering staff were kind and helpful. Room was as expected: clean and comfortable. Location is ideal for exploring London, with a fantatsic local shopping centre and river walk nearby. Will stay again!

First room stank of urine, alternative had no working air con. On plus side, fire alarms worked as was woken up by them at 03:30 in the morning and had to evacuated hotel.(False alarm - baking of breakfast croissants had set it off).

All good only down side is toilet seat lose in room 108 and fire alarm went of at 3.15 and scared my little girl as she has adhd autosomal sensory issues so loud ringing of alarm woke her up scared

Staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient. Room met our needs well, I am a disabled person who needed an accessible room. Air con was a little arctic and needed a little studying to adjust, a user guide would’ve helped. Probably should’ve ’phoned reception.

Everything is good about this hotel. Except the beds. We have been staying at this hotel for past several years. In 2023, they changed the mattress and now they are really firm (unlike any other hotel). Not sure why they changed it but beds are not very comfortable now.

Overall not bad.
We stayed at this hotel as we were attending a wedding at Wandsworth Town Hall and it is very convenient for that. The bedroom was a good size and the bathroom had a large walk-in shower and nice handwash and shower gel. The beds were comfortable. There was no safe or fridge but there was a kettle and an iron. The main problem we had with the bedroom was how hot it was - i booked this hotel as it had air conditioning but it was impossible to turn it down as it was set at 19 deg - and this was an extremely hot couple of days in London. It was very hard to sleep. .The reception by contrast had the aircon blasting away really cold!! The breakfast was a bit chaotic as everyone was milling about and the food choice was very poor - we settled on just a coissant and coffee. But overall for the money, not too bad.

Booked into this hotel , we really enjoyed our stay , check in was quick,very friendly staff , easy parking , easy reach of the city , the new Battersea complex looks great with its new tube station 10mims away, would definitely stay here again
