I have stayed at this hotel before and it's been good. However on this occasion we were given a room with a locked connecting door to the adjacent room. A connecting door has very poor noise insulation. And unfortunately there was a screaming baby throughout the night. Obviously not the baby's fault bit it was like being in the same room due to the connecting door. Around half past midnight we did go to reception to see whether we could change rooms but there was no one on reception. We decided to tough it out but with broken sleep due to the noise. I wouldn't accept a room with a connecting door ever again. Not sure why they gave a person with a baby a room with a connecting door anyway due to the potential of a baby wkimg during the night and crying.

The hotel itself was amazing and would happy stay in the hotel again however it’s such a shame that the area next to the hotel is so run down and stunk. Definitely not the hotels fault such a shame as breakfast 10 out of 10 and the staff were lovely and everything kept to clean once in the hotel! Thank you Hampton Hilton for a excellent stay.

Great location close to two tube stations. Good full breakfast included with our stay. Comfortable room, cleaned every day with fresh towels. Good light in the bathroom for make up, plenty of USB outlets for electronics. Used the sofa for clothes, since there was no dresser. Staff was invariably friendly and helpful. Kettle for coffee and tea, mini fridge for drinks and snacks. No micro. Restaurant at dinner was very reasonably priced, but food was mediocre unfortunately. Would absolutely stay there again.

Pretty sure we were downgraded and not even offered any money back. I purposely booked a queen room due to my partner being 6ft4 yet the room was small and did not resemble pictures and 100% sure we were out in a double bed. The staff were friendly and welcoming! We asked if we could store our luggage for the day as we were not leaving until 8 and wanted to spend the day in Harrods, the reception said absolutely! It was 5 minutes walk to the tube station and we had a great day! We will definitely be coming back!

Just down the road from Park Royal Tube Station. I would say its little bit under 30 minutes to get to Central London, that slightly let it down, but would stay there again.
