Nice location, 10 min walk from Paddington giving easy access to the underground. Plenty of places to eat and shop are available around. Room was confortable and clean, with a portable AC to provide fresh air. Some more furniture to be able to unpack the bags would have been nice. There was only the drawers of the night stands. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only negative aspect would be about the Breakfast. Choice and quality were basic, and the room is small, if you come after 08:30, you will have to wait for a table to be available.

Nice location. We booked four beds in a room but when we arrived it was not available. We changed rooms the next day. Good hot coffee. Had to request toilet paper as it was nit replaced when they cleaned the room. Staff lady in am was friendly but not the others in evening.

Even though it was an older building, it was clean. Breakfast was good each morning and our rooms were freshly made each evening. It’s in a really good area and close to the tube, bus stop and parks.

The good: The staff were very friendly and catered for us very well. Transport around the area was really good and optimal for our entire trip. The neutral: Rooms were a bit smaller than expected as the design of the room we were in made it more cramped then it should of been, maybe include more pictures of the rooms to fix this. The bad: Had a few noisy neighbours especially near 12am~2am as the walls are paper thin but this is not to the fault of the hotel.

Good location, easily walkable from Paddington and Queensway Tube Station ( Central Line) . The Reception staff were superb and very helpful. Nice area, with supermarkets and restaurants nearby, in addition to Kensington Park. The room met our needs with all the facilities we required. I've stayed in a few hotels around this area and this was the best, I've used. We had our 5 year old Granddaughter with us and the staff were so kind to her, she liked it too .

Bed was uneven. Window wedged permanently open to facilitate exhaust ducting for stand alone air conditioning unit. Hot water tap in bathroom sink faulty minimal drip when open full. Sink trap non functioning. Unable to fill sink. Bathroom mirror light non funtional. Hand held shower fitted to shower head. Extractor fan in bathroom non functional. Requested refund - refused. Manager not available. Sent comments to Expedia to forward to management - no response. Shower head, light and extractor fan fixed following complaints to receptionist. Remaining faults, in particular window unresolved. Very disappointing. Will not be returning to this establishment. Would not recommend.
