"Great hotel at a great location. Public transportation is literally in front of the hotel. Most attractions such as Londan eye, Shrek for kids, river tours , etc etc etc just around the hotel. The rooms are very clean. The stuff is so polite and helpful with everything. To be honest with you , they don’t have the word “no” or verb “can’t “ in their dictionary, I guess. "Fabulous hotel with great staff and service. The location is good for east London but tubes are a bit of a walk. We found it cheaper (and easier) to take taxis as travelling as a family. Be warned - the rooms on the sixth floor at the front experience extra noise from the roof top bar. The street noise IS London. We were not expecting moving chairs, tables and heels in to the early morning as well. "
