"I really enjoyed my stay at the Novotel! We were hesitating between a resort and staying right in Kuta, but I am glad we chose the resort. It gave us a nice and quiet place to hang out that was a needed contrast to the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff were very helpful and nice! Huge shout out to: Leha, Erna, Ong, Sam (who gave the market tour), Rich man, and Ariana! I miss you guys! I would highly recommend!"

"One of the best places we have ever stayed. We chose to elope and celebrate our wedding here and from Day 1, staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, helping us to arrange all the details of our big day. There's no doubt that the facilities are great, but what makes this resort truly special is the staff - very special mentions to Komang, Petra, Real, Windri and Dini, who we really enjoyed talking with and who helped us with everything. We plan on returning for our 1 year anniversary, and are already looking forward to it."

"Wonderful, peaceful, beautiful! Right on the white sand beach, gorgeous views, lovely gardens and lawns with splendid flowers and trees. Spacious clean room with big comfortable bed, desk, chairs, fridge, coffee/tea, generous amenities, storage space, patio with chairs and table surrounded with greenery/flowers. We loved eating breakfast and sometimes dinner, enjoying the ocean. Many, many choices for the included breakfast (we especially loved the fresh fruit and salad bar, omelettes and noodle soup made for you, juices, milk, fresh-made fruit juice). Very helpful staff gave amazing service. Large and small swimming pools. The hotel gave us a free photo with Mr. San from Paparazzi Photo, who helped us introverts relax and took excellent photos (we bought extras, very memorable). Superb place, a magnificent, rejuventing vacation!"

"A lovely old fashioned hotel. No lift which did cause a challenge but we managed in the end. Tiwi in reception was fantastic, answered all my questions and helped organize a car to see some of Lombok. Alvira was great with her friendly attitude at breakfast. Thank you ladies. The area around the hotel is very dirty and this is the only negative as it spoils the Hotel ."

"Absolutely stunning! Unfortunately more times than not, property photos don’t do justice but here it is the opposite! The entire staff goes above & beyond to accommodate and always with a smile. "I recently stayed at Svarga and had a wonderful experience overall! The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making check-in a breeze. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and great amenities. The location was perfect for exploring the area, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. However, I did notice that the toilet bidet hose in my room could use some extra cleaning attention. It’s a small detail, but keeping everything pristine enhances the overall guest experience. Despite this, I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing stay. I’ll certainly be back! "
