"The hotel has a lot of potential as the view is gorgeous and the room was spacious. Sadly that was ruined by the fact that over a 4 night stay we never got to use the private pool as it was green. We told the staff multiple times and they barely cleaned it, the first time we watched the guy and he only skimmed the top, never used a brush where the algae was.
