"Im Großen und Ganzen war der Aufenthalt sehr schön. Jetzt kommt das aber. Im Haus fehlten zwei Rauchmelder, ein Lüftungsgitter am Kühlschrank und eine Badewanne war beschädigt. Da wir länger bleiben wollten war eine Aufbuchung unkompliziert. Beim Check out sagte man ich möchte bitte die Kurtaxe bezahlen, obwohl die bereits beim Check in bezahlt wurde. "A very loud fire alarm went off at 4am and went on for quite a while. I was already running on the stairs when it stopped. Goodbye sleep. The following morning I was expecting some apologies but no. When I mentioned it, the guy at the reception very cheerfully said "Oh, that. Yes, there was no fire, it was just a coffee machine. But so we know that the alarm works!" Which is Mecklenburg-Vorpommern idea of sense of humour, maybe."

Suite was very cool (had an upgrade) – classy furniture, comfy bed. "Perfect for staying by the Inselsee for a couple of days. Beautiful location by the lake. Maybe better to come with a car, but 15 min walk there are occasional buses to train station also.
